Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Orvexis IV and clients using our services. By commissioning a project or purchasing a service, the client declares that they have read and agree to these terms.

Orvexis IV provides the following main services:

• Development and deployment of AI agents for customer communication
• Website creation and maintenance
• Digital consulting and strategy
• AI solution integration into existing systems

After signing the contract and providing the necessary information, we begin work on the project. Delivery timelines are approximate and depend on complexity and timely provision of materials by the client.

Payments are made by bank transfer in euros (EUR). Standard terms include 50% advance upon start and 50% upon completion, unless otherwise agreed.

Orvexis IV retains rights to the developed software while granting the client a usage license. The client is responsible for the legality of content provided for integration.

The contract may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. In case of non-payment, Orvexis IV reserves the right to suspend services.
